CCAS
The Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) is an autonomous public establishment managed by a Board of Directors, of which the mayor is the ex officio president. Its essential mission is to drive and coordinate the City's social policy.
A one-stop shop for help and assistance and a local service, the CCAS manages establishments and services aimed at best meeting the social needs of Bagnolese people.

Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 13:30 p.m. – 17 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 13:30 p.m. – 17 p.m.
Information and operation of the CCAS
Board of Directors
The CCAS board of directors is made up of elected and appointed people including:
- a representative of associations working in the field of integration and the fight against exclusion
- a representative of family associations appointed on the proposal of the Departmental Union of Family Associations (UDAF)
- a representative of the department's associations of retirees and elderly people
- a representative of associations of disabled people in the department
