How can we reconcile youth with dance and art in general? Bouziane Bouteldja explores this question by drawing on the cultural and societal references of young people. Inspired by real-life experiences, this piece joyfully addresses the concerns of adolescence through bodily states. "Recreations" also gives pride of place to the new dances that teenagers assiduously follow on social networks: afro, drill... On stage: a voguer, two contemporary dancers, an acrobat dancer, a Bboy, but also a group of young amateur dancers who are different in each territory crossed.
For each date, around twenty middle and high school students take part in preparatory workshops and rehearsals and join the dancers on stage, making the stage a playground for adolescent expression.
The DANS6T Company will be on stage at the Pyramide on Friday, February 6 at 20:30 p.m.
