Dirty business... Mayor Mitchel doesn't have a cat, but his son Mike is accused of murder. And even though he's as smart as a buffalo, all the evidence points to him. Defended by the family's crooked lawyer, will he survive the repeated assaults of Douglas and Carrie, two incorruptible cops determined to bring him down?
