Teleassistance
This service ensures the safety of elderly people or people with disabilities isolated at home.
The blue wire remote alarm is a simple system. A fixed box (receiver-transmitter) is connected to the user's telephone line and allows remote communication with the assistance team. A small waterproof transmitter worn as a bracelet or pendant can trigger the transmitter.
This service operates without interruption, the responsiveness and availability of the support team is therefore permanent.
