In the heart of the city center of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, on a site free of any construction and overlooking the Place Pierre Boulot, a large tree-lined parking lot hosting a renowned weekly market, the City of Bagnols-sur-Cèze and the company SPL30 in its capacity as concessionaire are launching a call for expressions of interest to real estate developers. The expected project is a mixed real estate project, on a site of 5500m², combining housing, commerce and services.
