The urban development of public spaces is a priority to ensure a better connection of the city center with residential neighborhoods and City Policy districts; secure connections between the historic center / the station and its future multimodal exchange hub (PEM) / the Escanaux district; better circulation of pedestrians and cyclists by redevelopment of pedestrian paths and cycle paths; the restructuring and/or creation of quality public spaces (creation of the games alley, the Léon-Jouhaux car park, the Jules-Ferry school square).
