Flea market operation and management

The City of Bagnols-sur-Cèze entrusts the operation and management of the flea market intended for individuals under the regime of temporary occupations of the public domain not constituting real rights.

After having read the specifications to download, each candidate will have to produce a complete file including the following documents:

• A file justifying professional and financial capacities, including at least identification documents, SIRET, statutes, etc.
• The power of the person authorized to bind the company, association, etc. (depending on the status of the candidate)
• Valid insurance certificate
• Provide proof of registration with the prefecture for associations
• Reference on similar services

Bids and documents submitted by candidates must be written in French. Bidders' bids must be transmitted by any means that allows the date and time of their receipt to be determined with certainty and their confidentiality to be guaranteed.
The documents mentioned in Article IV of these Specifications must be sent in a sealed envelope in a single envelope clearly bearing the following statement:
