Environmental brigade

Attached to Public Tranquility, its mission is to improve urban cleanliness by monitoring public roads and reporting disturbances, and to raise residents' awareness of eco-responsible citizen actions.

CLEANLINESS PLAN: Polluters are the payers.

Between awareness-raising and repression, the City continues its fight against illegal dumping: mobile cameras are in place.

With the installation of several nomadic detection cameras throughout the territory at strategic points, the City gives municipal police the means to observe illegal dumping using video sequences and to launch procedures - images and license plates. registrations of the offender in support. This observation then gives rise to an administrative procedure (article L541-3 of the environmental code) which makes it possible to ask the polluter to present written or oral observations, to apply an administrative fine of up to €15, or to put him on notice to restore the premises.

For depots abandoned by a pedestrian, flagrance operations are carried out on slots or preferential days in order to raise awareness among polluters. Regarding the Incentive Fee (RI), the Agglomeration will apply the highest rate for owners who have not collected their individual bin or badge. Also, the Agglomeration will apply the basic package for those not using these means of waste collection.

It is therefore strongly recommended to use your bac or badge, or to collect them as quickly as possible by contacting the competent service on 0800 72 49 79 or by email at royalty.incitative@ gardrhodanien.fr.
