Incentive fee

The collection of household waste as well as its treatment is ensured by the Agglomeration of Gard Rhone. Distribution of yellow bags and access badges to voluntary drop-off points.

As part of the implementation of the incentive fee, tested since January 2, 2023 in all 44 municipalities of the Gard Rhone Agglomeration, which is deployed in parallel with the current method of waste collection, the The year 2023 is a “test year”.

 

The objective is to sort properly to fill the bag or the yellow bin and only take out your household waste bin when it is full.

 

Depending on your place of residence, the terms and day of collection of household waste are defined according to the proximity of a Voluntary Disposal Point (PAV) (buried columns) or the provision of an individual bin for your household (when it is possible for the collector to access it).

Also depending on your place of residence, the yellow bags intended for packaging (metal, plastic bottles, cardboard, bricks, films/bags, pots/boxes, trays) will be collected either on Tuesday morning or Thursday morning.

 

Distribution of yellow bags

 

Upon mandatory presentation of proof of address as well as an identity document (for tenants, you must have your landlord's contact details), the City of Bagnols-sur-Cèze distributes free yellow bags at 14 rue Saint -Victor with the following schedules:

 

  • Monday: 13:30 p.m. – 17 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. 
  • Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. / 13:30 p.m. – 17:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 13:30 p.m. – 17 p.m. 
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

 

On January 1, 2024, the Household Waste Removal Tax (TEOM) will disappear in favor of the incentive fee. From this date, users will pay according to the number of times a year they take out their household waste (with the exception of yellow bags).
