Extracurricular information and registrations

Reception is provided by an entertainment team in each public school. The members who compose it mostly have diplomas related to childhood and animation: CAP Educational support for early childhood, BAFA, BAFD, BPJEPS, following the regulations in force.

Set up by the City, the after-school receptions concern times around the school:

in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:20 a.m.
lunchtime from 11:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.
in the evening from 16:30 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.

It complements National Education. It responds to a prerogative of the Territorial Educational Project. It is not obligatory.

At the start of the year, each team works on its educational project, taking into account the needs and characteristics of the public, as well as the political orientations set out in the PEDT. The project explains how children will be supported through different criteria:

definition of objectives: set at the start of the year, they are evaluated during the year to be adapted as needed
choice of pedagogies to adopt
proposal of support methods

How to register

Last imposition opinion
Certificate of Individual Accident and Civil Liability insurance for the school year for which registration is valid
Proof of address of less than three months

Tips for the first connection to the family portal

Type your email address (username) yourself (no autofill)
For the password in letters, respect lower/upper case
Start extracurricular registrations
Check the information on all six pages and include the documents taken as a photo (or saved as a file) on the last page
Click on the green arrow to change pages and validate the file

Once the entry has been made, the Education Department must process the file.

You will then receive confirmation of the child's registration for extracurricular time.
