GENERAL REVISION OF THE LOCAL URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN (PLU): REMINDER OF CONSULTATION PROCEDURES

By resolution of December 18, 2024, the Municipal Council prescribed the general revision of the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU) and defined the consultation procedures allowing everyone to follow the progress of the project and contribute to its development.

Regular updates throughout the procedure

To ensure that information is accessible to all, the City will regularly communicate on the progress of the Local Urban Development Plan (PLU) revision via:

• the City's website;
• the municipal newsletter;
• social media;
• displays in the town hall and in various public places.

A consultation file is available to you.

A consultation file including documents, plans and studies relating to the project is available to the public at the Town Hall Technical Services, located at 53, avenue de l'Hermitage, during normal opening days and hours.

This file can also be viewed online.

A register is also available to collect observations, remarks and proposals from residents throughout the procedure.

Public meetings at key stages

The City will organize at least three public meetings at the main stages of the PLU revision:

• the diagnosis of the territory;
• the general guidelines of the project;
• the drafting of the regulations.

Dates and participation details will be communicated in due course.

Information on the closing of the consultation

The end of the consultation will be the subject of specific information at least 15 days before its closure, by means of posting, on the City's website and in the local press.
