School restaurant menus

As the City announced a few months ago, the new internal regulations for after-school leisure centers without accommodation (ALSH) are now fully implemented starting with the 2023-2024 school year. These regulations were rolled out in two stages, as the municipality wanted to develop a "canteen shield."

For organizational and security reasons, reservations are required for lunch and dinner. It can be done for the whole year, or for the day, respecting the deadline of 72 hours before the day of the meal.

Reservation or cancellation of a reservation is possible in the following ways:

  • for Monday meal: reservation or cancellation before midnight the previous Thursday
  • for Tuesday meal: reservation or cancellation before midnight the previous Friday
  • for Thursday meal: reservation or cancellation before midnight the previous Sunday
  • for Friday meal: reservation or cancellation before midnight the previous Monday

  • an exceptional reservation can be made, only by telephone, with the Education department on 04 66 50 68 68 or 04 66 50 68 67. The meal will then be increased by €4 for Bagnols residents and €5 for children not residing in Bagnols -sur-Cèze;
  • for cancellation after the deadline: an email must be sent at the latest the same day before 9 a.m. to the address . In this case, the meal will be due.

Otherwise, the meal will be due and increased in the form of an “anti-waste tax”, set at €4 for Bagnols and €5 for children not residing in Bagnols-sur-Cèze.

If the child is absent due to illness and upon presentation of proof, the meal will be deductible.

The menus are established by the central kitchen in conjunction with a dietician.

Rates are applied based on taxable income from the last tax notice.
Without proof of the family quotient, the maximum rate will be applied.
