The City of Bagnols-sur-Cèze is launching a planned Urban Renewal Housing Improvement Operation (OPAH-RU) in partnership with the National Housing Agency (ANAH) to help owners renovate their homes . This operation also aims to preserve and enhance the heritage of the old center.

 What is OPAH-RU?

This is a private park rehabilitation program within a specific area (see map below). This system offers financial aid and free support from professionals for carrying out home improvement work (housing, common areas and facades).
