Lightened PLU revision

Light Revision No. 3 of the Local Urban Planning Plan (PLU)

 
By deliberation dated September 25, 2024, the Municipal Council prescribed the simplified revision no. 3, and defined consultation procedures, of the PLU with the objective of adjusting and modifying a Protected Green Space located in zone U of the PLU in force.

This deliberation also specified the methods of public consultation chosen.

By deliberation dated December 18, 2024, the Municipal Council took stock of the consultation, decided, in view of the opinion of the MRAe, on the absence of an environmental assessment and approved the draft simplified revision no. 3.

The Associated Public Bodies expressed their opinion on the project adopted on February 10, 2025.

By decree No. 2025-03-438 dated March 24, 2025, the Mayor ordered the opening of the public inquiry into the draft Light Revision No. 3 of the Local Urban Planning Plan of the Municipality of Bagnols-sur-Cèze which took place from Monday, April 14, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. to Friday, May 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. inclusive.

The investigating commissioner submitted his report and conclusions to the Mayor on June 13, 2025.

The opinions expressed by the PPAs, the public comments presented during the public inquiry, and the results of the said inquiry did not lead to any changes being made to the draft simplified revision no. 3 of the PLU submitted for inquiry.

By deliberation of September 24, 2025, the simplified revision no. 3 of the PLU was approved.

In accordance with Articles R. 153-20 et seq. of the Urban Planning Code, the resolution has been posted in the Town Hall since October 6, 2025 (for one month) and mention of this posting was made in the legal notices section of Objectif Gard on October 6, 2025 (for one month). It was also published on the Urban Planning Geoportal.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 153-24 and L. 153-25 of the Urban Planning Code, the approved PLU became enforceable upon completion of the publicity measures.
