Citizen Relations Team
The Citizen Relations Team responds to your requests. Responsible for liaison with the population, ensures the reception, management and monitoring of any incident encountered on public roads. Made up of two agents, this team intervenes, whenever possible, to provide a solution or by involving the competent department.
As part of the establishment of the Citizen Relations Team, the City of Bagnols-sur-Cèze has just launched its application allowing everyone to report a problem in public spaces and request intervention from the town hall via a smartphone or computer.
Citizens can report problems encountered in their living environment free of charge, 24/24, with supporting photos.
With this application, users can also suggest an idea or congratulate a City initiative.
