The Guy Coutel swimming pool
Residents of Bagnols and the surrounding area can enjoy the Bagnols-sur-Cèze municipal swimming pool every summer. For the 2025 season, the pool will open its doors on Monday, June 2nd at 12 p.m. Water aerobics and private and group swimming lessons are available throughout the summer.
2025 timetable:
From June 2 to June 28:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 12 p.m. to 14 p.m. and 16:30 p.m. to 19 p.m.
- Wednesday from 12 p.m. to 19 p.m.
- Saturday 10 a.m. to 19 p.m.
- Schools: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. / Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
From June 30 to August 30:
- Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 19 p.m.
Weekly closing on Sunday
Aquagym times:
- Monday and Thursday from 19 p.m. to 19:45 p.m.
- Tuesday and Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 13:15 p.m.
- Registrations for private swimming and aquagym lessons are done with the lifeguards on site or at the 06 73 62 45 71
- Contact 06 84 49 52 23 / 07 89 94 47 20 / 06 06 80 52 83 for beginner group swimming lessons and improvement with the Olympic Sport Bagnols-Marcoule swimming association (SOBM).
Two pools for all swimmers
The swimming pool consists of:
- An Olympic pool of 50 x 18m (eight lanes),
- A school pool (learning or leisure) of 18 x 8m,
- A refreshment bar reserved for swimming pool users (after payment of the entrance fee),
- Shaded green spaces…
A team of six lifeguards ensures surveillance, security and the smooth running of swimming days.
During the summer holidays, two swimming competitions will take place: the Guy-Coutel Challenge on Sunday, June 22, and the Regional Championship on August 16 and 17.

Rental of a 50 m water line for 1 hour (reserved for clubs only): €45
The half-day rate is only applicable during public opening hours of at least 7 consecutive hours, i.e. in June on Wednesdays (12 p.m. – 19 p.m.) and Saturdays (10 a.m. – 19 p.m.) and at from July 1st until August 31st.
